The Wall Street Journal

Every day at lunch time I read the Wall Street Journal - not the Money & Marketing pages, but the Marketplace, Personal Journal and Weekend Journals are awesome if I do say so myself. Anyhow, I found a few of my favorite articles online, and am putting them here for your reading pleasure. Enjoy!

Under Priced at a Hundred Million: An article about some of the most expensive real estate on the market, including one of Donald Trump's places.

*Can 'High School' Last Forever?: An article about Disney's aspirations for the "High School Musical" franchise. (Crazy, if you ask me.)

Can Wine in a Sippy Box Lure Back French Drinkers?: Highly entertaining, especially the bit about the special spraying straw. Also don't miss the crazy statistics about the French and their average yearly wine intake.

*The Summer of Drugs: An article by Ted Nugent (classic hard rocker) about the 60's and how some of the best musicians of the century robbed the public of some of the greatest music ever unwritten by killing themselves by overdose. If I remember correctly, that was the gist of the article.

Cost of Weddings Cheaper than Survey Suggests: An interesting article about surveys and how the gathered statistics can be portrayed to mislead people about the real scenario. It's all about math! Oh yeah, and weddings, too.

Ways to Teach Your Children to Find Work That They Love: An editorial about a woman, her life path, her children's aspirations, and about chilling out and going with the flow when it comes to finding your life's calling.

* These two you need to subscribe to read. Sorry about that... they were really good! You can get 2 weeks free, I think, so definitely look into that and check out these articles!
