Semi-Sweet

If you ever have to improvise with Nestle's famous Tollhouse cookie recipe, don't worry! They come out perfectly, even when you don't have chocolate chips, a measuring cup or a proper oven.

Now that I think of it, I suppose it's a miracle that these cookies I made were edible.

The most difficult part was determining what kind of chocolate bar to chop up in place of chocolate chips. In the end we found that a bar of dark chocolate with 50% cocoa content worked quite well as a sub for the traditional semi-sweet morsels.
