Wouldn't it be sort of amazing if the inauguration of the president took place on February 29th, once every four years?

but... every 100 years, february *doesn't* get an extra day. unless the year is also divisible by 400.
Hmmm... suddenly that idea doesn't seem so genius after all! Haha.
