Apple Pie

Has anyone ever ridden on the night train? Tomorrow I am taking the night train to Italy (plus a couple connections to follow). It should be different, though I have never heard anything good about the night train. This fact I admit is a bit unsettling (brings me to wonder why we did not fly). Plus I don't like small spaces.

What does this have to do with apple pie? Nothing, except I am making some right now. In the microwave.
